TIP # 2 GET CRAFTY

You can save a boat-load of cash while not giving up on style, by learning to craft. I made this colorful blanket for my youngest son, Kouassi's bed. I used left-over yarn, so in a sense, it didn't cost me anything. Learning to crochet is simple, cheap, and accessible. Crochet Guild of America, offers free on-line tutorials.

so beautiful! I love making blankets with left over yarn or else free yarn. Have you joined your local freecycle? If not go to freecycle.org. I've gotten so much yarn and fabric from freecycle.

I don't know how you managed to keep going for so long.... It's been a long time since I attempted my blanket... I turned it into a baby blanket because it didn't get finished! but this is awesome!
